The shipping costs within Germany are 4.30 EURO.
From 60.- EURO order value we deliver free of charge.
For deliveries to Austria the shipping costs are 7,95 EURO.
From 70.- EURO order value the shipping costs are 4,95 EURO.

How will be shipped
The products from our assortment are sent by DHL, as an insured package. DHL needs approx. 1-2 working days for the delivery within Germany.
To other EU countries the delivery takes 2-4 days longer.
Returns
For returns within Germany, you can print out a DHL parcel stamp online.
Click on the link below. In the "Customer reference" field, please enter your customer number, which you will find on your invoice.

For returns from abroad, which are free of charge according to the right of withdrawal, we will refund the return costs to the amount of the customary costs for a postal package or small parcel in the country. Costs exceeding this amount will not be reimbursed.
Contact us before returning
Please be sure to call us at 49-711-48 68 68 before returning any goods. Especially if the postage costs significantly exceed the value of the goods. We will cover the cost of returns in the cases listed below: - You return an incorrect delivery - You return a product with a quality defect to us - We have agreed a free return with you after consultation.
In all other cases, you bear the direct costs for a return shipment
Important note
In spite of all the care taken, it is possible that the delivery may be damaged during transport. In this case, we will of course refund you the damaged items free of charge. However, please note the following procedure: Transport damages are to be claimed immediately upon receipt of the goods at the supplier. You will then inform Optikplus of any transport damage found. If you wish to return goods, please inform us in advance by e-mail, fax or telephone.
