Delivery time information

Delivery time for care products:
As a rule, we have all care products in stock and can dispatch them on the day of ordering or the next day.
Orders received by 14:00 will be dispatched on the same day.
If additional products with a longer delivery time are ordered, the delivery time will be delayed accordingly.
We only make partial deliveries in exceptional cases.

Delivery time for contact lenses:
Please understand that the delivery times for contact lenses cannot always be specified exactly.
The now almost unmanageable variety of possible lens types and different parameters means that only a few types of contact lenses make sense to keep in stock.
In order to be able to supply you with fresh original products with the longest possible expiry date at all times, we request these from the manufacturers on a daily basis and usually receive them after 2 days and then dispatch them immediately. DHL then delivers them to you after a further 1-2 days.
For contact lenses that are not in stock at the manufacturers (e.g. hard lenses and individual 3(6)-month lenses as well as annual lenses), we indicate the expected production times.

Special case toric contact lenses.
Toric daily and monthly disposable lenses are offered in thousands of possible power-cylinder-axis variants. Even the manufacturers do not always have all possible variants in stock and have to re-produce them on a case-by-case basis. This can considerably extend the delivery time. We therefore specify a fairly broad time window (e.g. 3-14 days). The first specification is realistic if the variant is immediately available from the manufacturer. The second, if in individual cases, must first be produced.
Please note that the ‘delivery time in days’ always refers to working days.

Example:
If a contact lens is ordered in the online shop late on Friday afternoon, we can only order it from the manufacturer on Monday morning and will not receive it for dispatch until Wednesday.

We can then tell you exactly whether we have the required thickness and quantity
- we have in stock and can dispatch immediately
- is in stock at the manufacturer and when it can be dispatched
- must first be made by the manufacturer and how long the expected delivery time is

The delivery times are shown in green colour on the product detail page in the shop.
Please note that ‘green’ does not mean that the product will be dispatched immediately, but indicates the delivery time in working days.
Products that are no longer in production or temporarily out of stock are shown in red colour.
