Returns

For all returns free of charge according to the right of revocation, you will receive a parcel stamp from us, with which you can return the goods to us free of charge from any DHL acceptance point (post office or DHL service point). Please avoid unfree returns.

You can request the parcel value stamp by phone at +49-711-486868 or by sending an email to info@optikplus.de.

You will then be sent the token immediately as a PDF that can be printed out and affixed to the return shipment.

If you are unable to print out the PDF, we will be happy to send you the parcel stamp by letter.
