Precision1 is ALCON's first daily disposable lens based on the company's proprietary Smartsurface technology, which increases from 51% water content in the core to more than 80% on the outer surface.
The new lens has thus a permanent, thin moisture layer, which should help to a stable tear film and a permanent visual performance. The new product has been developed especially for people who wear their contact lenses from early in the morning until late at night.
