Orders that reach us by 2:00pm and are in stock will be shipped the same day.
This includes all contact lens care products and many common daily and monthly lenses in popular strengths.

But what happens to the many types of contact lenses which, due to their variety, are only in stock at the manufacturer's or even have to be made first?

We assure you that such orders will be forwarded to the manufacturers immediately in order to guarantee the fastest possible delivery time. An efficient overnight service puts us in the position of often being able to ship the very next day.

Even fabrications are shortened to a few days due to optimized forwarding.
And if it is really urgent, just give us a call. We will try to send you an alternative lens to bridge unusually long delivery times.

Remark to forwarding expenses and return costs:

Why we do not offer a forwarding expenses-free supply with each order value ?
So that we are able to offer also smallest orders and to be able to accomplish cost-covering.
Example: A certain contact lens solution is urgently needed for a few euros, which is not available at the customer's location. A procurement of the product in the next largest place would require such a large expenditure of time, travel costs, parking fees etc.... which exceeds the shipping costs many times over.

Why don't we offer free returns in general ?
Free returns are extremely expensive for any shipper. Nevertheless, these costs must of course be taken into account. In the end, it is you as the customer who pays for it. Each of you - no matter if you order sensibly from the beginning to avoid a return or if you are one of those who don't think about it so much because you can send everything back for free.
We do not want to support an unnecessarily high number of returns. It prevents reasonable prices for reasonable consumers.
