Multi Comfort
Multi Comfort 400 ml is a combination solution for all types of contact lenses.
The integrated contact lens container coated with silver ions guarantees additional sterility. As soon as the solution is filled into the container, the activity of the silver ions begins. These attack the cell membranes of bacteria and fungi (Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Escheichia Coli, Candida albicans, etc.) and prevent growth.
Mode of action:
The new Multi Comfort is the result of many years of research and combines biocompatible natural substances with synthetic polymers in an ideal way. The wetting properties prevent the lens from drying out. Multi Comfort forms a protective film that increases the lubricity of the contact lenses and prevents irritation. Additional protein removal is not necessary.
Polyhexamethylbiguanide (PHMB) ensures safe disinfection of the contact lenses and fights bacteria, fungi and other microorganisms. PHMB does not penetrate the contact lens material - thanks to its large molecular structure - and prevents toxic side effects.
Sodium edetate (EDTA) dissolves organic deposits and, as a chelating agent, ensures excellent tolerance. EDTA has a moisturizing effect and thus has a positive effect on the surface of the contact lenses.
The combination of methyloxirane polymer with polyquaternium 2 kills 10 million bacteria in less than 10 minutes.
Application:
Wash hands thoroughly before each use. Gently massage the contact lenses one at a time with a few drops of combi solution in the palm of your hand. Rinse the lenses thoroughly with solution and place them in the lens case. Make sure that the lenses are completely covered by the liquid. Leave them in the solution for at least four hours, or better over night. Rinse briefly with combination solution before inserting. Pour out the used solution and allow the container to air dry.
Supplementary notes:
Generally, you can use Multi Comfort within a period of 3 months after opening the bottle.
Composition:
Polyhexamethyl biguanide 0.0001 g, sodium edetate 0.100 g, methyloxirane polymer 1.00 g, polyquaternium 2 0.006 g isotonic viscous solution buffered to pH 7.2.
