If you would like to return something to OPTIKPLUS, you can print/save a DHL return note here.
To do so, please click on the yellow DHL button above and enter your customer no. (in the "Customer reference" field) and your address data in the form.
Please note: Ad blockers must be deactivated for correct function / the return voucher is only valid within Germany.
Afterwards you have 3 options:
- You can print out the return slip directly and stick it on your return
- You can save the return slip via QR code in your wallet and show it at the DHL acceptance point
- You can have the return slip plus QR code sent to you by email
You then hand in your return at the nearest DHL acceptance point ( post office or postal agency ).
- You return us an incorrect delivery
- You return us a product with a quality defect
- If we have agreed a free return with you by phone or email.
- Sealed goods were delivered, which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, if their seal was removed after delivery. (e.g. opened bottles of care products or contact lenses in blister packs)
- For goods that are made to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs. (e.g. custom-made annual lenses or hard contact lenses).
