Blu:kidz Toric
The Blu:kidz is a custom-made, toric silicone hydrogen monthly disposable lens that combines premium UV protection with selective blue light filtering to protect eyes from at least 99% of UVB rays, 93% of UVA rays and 14% of harmful blue-violet light. The high water content, low dehydration material offers the lowest modulus of any silicone hydrogen lens on the market (0.25 MPa), which the manufacturer says allows for healthy, comfortable wear all day long.
The younger generation already spends a lot of time on digital devices, which have very high levels of blue light. However, the eye's natural filters are not yet fully present and developed at this age. The Blu:kidz offers the option to compensate for this deficit and support the eye health of children to.
