The Basic monthly is a monthly lens made of classic lens material with aspheric geometry and Abberation Control (High Definition Design) and UV protection.
Due to the aspheric front surface, lower astigmatisms up to 0.75 Dpt. are well corrected and a toric lens can usually be dispensed with.
The Methafilcon material is not extremely gas permeable, but is an excellent alternative for silicone hydrogel incompatibilities. In addition, the material of the Basic Montly is robust, very comfortable to wear and hardly tends to deposit.
