EDOF Toric Presbyopia
Advanced toric-multifocal EDOF (Extended Depth of Focus) lens for distance and near vision.
While many conventional multifocal designs are susceptible to pupil size changes and lens decentration, the EDOF Presbyopia combines by design a series of specially selected higher order aberrations on the anterior surface of the lens to deliver good acuity at distance, intermediate and near distances regardless of pupil size changes and lens decentration.
Operating principle: EDOF (Extended Depth of Focus)
The lens has three different refractive power profiles corresponding to ADD refractive power values of 0.75, 1.50 and 2.25, providing three different depth of focus options to meet patient needs.
Before ordering, please note that custom contact lenses, can only be returned if there is an obvious quality defect. So only order if you are already wearing this type of lens with success.
