eye2 MY.AIR monthly multifocal contact lenses
Soft, multifocal monthly silicone hydrogel lens with Nanogloss technology for a very smooth lens surface that is hardly prone to deposits. This lens is characterized by high oxygen permeability and a low tendency to dry out. According to the manufacturer, it can also be used in cases of incompatibility with other silicone hydrogel contact lenses.
The HIGH version is characterized by a special feature in the arrangement of the reading zone. It is slightly decentered for optimum visual acuity distribution. To stabilize the lens in the correct direction, an arrow mark is applied to the inside of the lens. When inserting the lens, the direction of the arrow should point in the direction of the temple. ( See small illustration no. 4 above )

With the simultaneous operating principle, the distance effect is in the center and the near effect in the adjacent periphery of the contact lens or vice versa.
The simultaneous placement of the distance and near zones in the pupil area always results in a simultaneous image of the distance and near zones. The currently undesired image (far or near) is ideally suppressed by the brain and not perceived.
A very small pupil opening or a decentered lens fit can impair visual performance.
