Delivery delays for contact lenses



Current delivery delays

As in almost all areas of retail, there are sometimes extended delivery times or even delivery failures for contact lenses.
This concerns especially toric monthly and daily lenses.

The problem is the high number of possible strength-cylinder-axis-combinations.
(Often over 5,000 pieces depending on the lens type)
If one of these variants is out of stock, it can take weeks or months until the manufacturer is able to deliver again.

In these cases we try to inform you promptly and offer a replacement product.

Even if lenses are in stock at the manufacturers, there are currently for various reasons more often delivery time extensions of 1-3 days. Unfortunately, these delivery time extensions cannot be predicted by us in individual cases and cannot be taken into account when specifying the delivery time.

Please bear with us if it takes a little longer than usual due to the current situation.

P.S.

Our care products are all in stock and can be shipped on the day of order (if the order is received by 13:30) or one day later.
For mixed orders of lenses + care products, the delivery time is based on the receipt of the contact lenses from the manufacturer.
If you need your care products very urgently, please order them separately.
